Nurses carry so much: emotionally, mentally, physically. And most of the time, there’s nowhere to set any of it down. You deserve a pause that helps you feel like yourself again, and it can come from something you already have to do.
California nurses need 30 CE hours every two years, and too often those hours get done late at night, on a laptop, between shifts. This weekend turns eight of them into recovery instead.
You earn CE hours that support your wellbeing rather than drain it, take a meaningful break without using a full week of PTO, and spend time with other nurses who understand your world.
Is this for you?

After
On Sunday afternoon, you leave rejuvenated with practical tools to battle burnout and build resilience, along with a 30-Day Recovery Plan to carry the reset into everyday life.
You also leave more connected. The nurses beside you were carrying some of the same things you were. Now you know you’re not the only one.

I’ve spent 26 years in nursing — most of them in the Emergency Department, and later as an educator and nursing director. For years, I was the nurse leader who had all the answers. Behind the scenes, I was running on empty, teaching nurses how to care for patients while I had forgotten how to care for myself.
So I stepped away, did my own healing, and promised myself I would never let another nurse feel that alone. CEU Escape was born from that promise: a place to rest, recover, and earn CE hours in a way that actually feels healing.
I’ve been where you are. You don’t have to leave nursing to save yourself. You just need to give yourself permission to breathe again.
