Terms of Service

Welcome to CEU Escape. By booking a retreat or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

  • Deposits: All deposits are non‑refundable and secure your reservation for the retreat.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 90 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Non‑Compliance: Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy

Guest-Initiated Cancellation

  • Deposits: All deposits are non‑refundable and secure your reservation for the retreat.

  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made between 30–60 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.
    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

  • CEU Escape-Initiated Cancellation
    In the rare event that CEU Escape must cancel a retreat, guests will receive a full refund. CEU Escape is not responsible for additional costs incurred such as airfare, transportation, or accommodations booked independently.

3. Hotel & Venue Changes

CEU Escape reserves the right to change the retreat hotel or venue at any time due to availability, safety, or logistical reasons.
We commit to securing a comparable or upgraded location that maintains the quality and experience of the original itinerary.

4. Program Adjustments

While we strive to deliver all scheduled programming, CEU Escape reserves the right to adjust session times, facilitators, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

5. Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to treat fellow attendees, staff, and venues with respect. CEU Escape reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Liability

CEU Escape is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own travel and health insurance.
